This becomes the IDEAL POTENTIAL.&lt;br /&gt;Even with effective interview and cross checking his academic achievement,&lt;br /&gt;previous job experience, attestations and recommendations, the company&lt;br /&gt;does not know his REAL POTENTIAL.
